Ordering FAQ

How do I place an order?
The best way is to send me an email at sundancerglassstudio@indy.rr.com.  
If you prefer, you can place your order by phone at 317-340-6108.

What form of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, check, money order, and paypal.

Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely!
I'll be happy to work with you to create a custom bead set or piece of jewelry just for you.
Upon completing a custom order, I'll send pictures of the item via email for your approval.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Under most circumstances, I'll ship your order the next business day after receiving payment.
For custom orders, I'll ship your order the next business day after you approve the order.

How much will shipping cost me?
That depends on the size of your order, where it's being shipped, 
and whether or not you want your package insured.  
Most orders can be shipped (within the US) using priority mail for $4.05.
I also ship first class if you prefer.  

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.  Rates are dependent on USPS rates.

Do you provide shipping insurance?
No.  Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to have your package insured, I'll be happy to add 
the current USPS insurance to your invoice.
